Ruby K. Snow

Ruby K. Snow, 77, of North Webster, IN passed away at 2:41 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018 at her home. She was born on February 16, 1941 in Erwin, TN to Clarence “Happy” & Georgia Lee (Tipton) Jenkins.

She graduated from Big Creek High School in McDowell County, W. VA and attended nursing school in Princeton, W. VA. She was married on November 14, 1981 in Princeton, W.VA to Harold T. “Ted” Snow who preceded her on January 16, 2016. She was formerly employed at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, W. VA as a nurse for 20+ years. She lived most of her life in Green Valley, W. VA before moving to North Webster in May 2016 from Boones Mill, VA.

She formerly attended the Southern Baptist Church.

She is survived by:

Daughter – Valerie (Linda Leslie) Kirkpatrick of North Webster

3 Grand & 1 Gt. Granddaughter

3 Sisters – Mildred Senter of Ligonier, Mary Ellen (Jim) Cox of Salisbury, NC, and Nancy (Buster) Crampton of Maryland

Brother – James Marian) Jenkins of Athens, W. VA

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers – Buster & Earl Ray Jenkins.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery, CR 850 E, North Webster. Pastor Chris Lipford of the Kimmell Baptist Church will be officiating. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.
