Ruth Banker (Edmund)

Ruth Ann Banker, age 78 and a long-time Fort Wayne resident, passed away on Monday, February 5th in Parkview Randallia Hospital.
Although she was born in Fort Wayne, Ruth spent much of her young life in Columbia City. She graduated from Columbia City High School and was one of six children born to Charles E. and Deloris R. (Hemmelgarn) Lucas.
Ruth had worked as a home caregiver and as a housekeeper in the public library.
Those nearest to Ruth will celebrate her life privately. No public services are being planned.
