Ryder Tackett-Ousley

Ryder Joshua Tackett-Ousley, precious son of Bailea Tackett and Austin Ousley, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Kosciusko Community Hospital at the young age of three months. He was born just after Christmas on December 26, 2022 at Parkview Whitley in Columbia City, IN.

A happy and inquisitive child, Ryder enjoyed observing his surroundings, always wanting to sit up instead of laying down. Ryder loved his swings, getting his feet massaged, and watching Gunsmoke and The Fairly Odd Parents, his favorite shows, with his grandparents. He was here for such a short time but made a big impact on those who knew him. Ryder will be truly missed and always loved.

Those who survive with memories to cherish are his mother Bailea Tackett; father Austin Ousley; paternal grandparents, Dana Honeycutt and Jessie Ousley Jr.; maternal grandparents, Josh and Trisha Tackett; paternal great grandmother Theresa Prater; maternal great grandparents, Carl and Deb Finken and Mark and Pam Fulk; aunts, Brianna Tackett, Tori Tackett, Kelsey Honeycutt,  Anastasia Ousley, and Draven Honeycutt; uncles, Sage Powell and Keegan Hicks; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Jessie Ousley Sr. and maternal great grandfather, Leo Tackett.

Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with Ryder’s care. Family and friends may gather for a Life Celebration® at the funeral home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, from Noon until the Life Celebration® service at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton will immediately follow.
