Sadie Lynn Hoffert

Sadie Lynn Hoffert, 44, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 5:26 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born on August 24, 1973 in Three Rivers, MI to Gary L. & Cheryl L. (Milliman) Haskins.

She grew up in Constantine, MI, graduated in 1993 from Constantine High School, and moved to Pierceton from Elkhart in 2005. She was married on March 31, 2007 in Constantine, MI to Matthew J. “Matt” Hoffert who survives and employed at Subway Pak-A-Sak in Pierceton for 4 years. She was previously employed at Kroger’s / Owens Supermarket in Warsaw for 4 years and Wal-Mart in Warsaw & Elkhart.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Constantine, MI.

She is survived by:

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather - Robert Milliman, paternal grandparents - Harold & Celia Haskins, uncle - Harold Haskins, and cousin - Joseph Huhn.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500 N, North Webster, IN. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N S.R. 15, Warsaw, IN. Memorial Services will be at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Constantine United Methodist Church, 285 White Pigeon St, Constantine, MI. A private family burial will be in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery at a later date.
