Sally Knight

Sally I. Knight, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne at the age of 66. She was born on July 6, 1958, in Dayton, Ohio. Sally was a kind and family-oriented person who dedicated many years of her life to work and her sons.

Sally spent a significant portion of her career working as a buffer for Rinker Boats. In her later years, she transitioned to a role at McDonald's, where she worked for the last six years. Her warmth and friendliness made her a beloved figure in both workplaces.

She enjoyed spending her time indulging in her hobbies. She loved playing cards, watching scary movies, especially the “Leprechaun" movies, and playing Gameboy with her sons, which brought her great joy.

She is survived by her two sons, Joseph (Julie Burkhead) Hardwick and Trey (Cheyenne) Hardwick. Sally was also a proud grandmother to her five grandchildren: Lilliana, Jerry, Mikel, Hayden, and Jace. She is also survived by her boyfriend, Jack Mosurak.
