Sandra Kay "Sandy" Hedington

Sandra Kay “Sandy” Hedington, 68, of Tippecanoe, IN passed away at 3:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at her home. She was born on January 30, 1952 in Milford, IN to Hubert E. & Anna (Wise) Cain.

She grew up in Milford, graduated in 1970 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, and lived in Tippecanoe area for 47 years. She was married on September 9, 1972 in Milford, IN to Jerry Lee Hedington who survives. She was formerly employed at Hart Shaffner in Rochester for 25 years and Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw for 12 years.

She was a member of the First Brethren Church in Milford.

She is survived by:

Husband – Jerry Hedington of Tippecanoe

Son – Todd Hedington of Tippecanoe

Step Daughter – Bethan Ann Nelson of Edwardsburg, MI

2 Grandchildren – Tyler & Kayce

3 Gt. Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, son – Jay Hedington, granddaughter - Haley Mae Hedington, and brother- Steve Cain.

Per Sandra’s wishes, no services will be held. Private burial will take place in the Tippecanoe Cemetery at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
