Sandra L. "Sandy" Dvorak

Sandra L. “Sandy” Dvorak, 69, of Leesburg, IN passed away at 10:26 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home. She was born on February 3, 1949 in Joliet, IL to Fred “Fritz” & Jean (Hooper) Siedlarz.

She graduated in 1967 from Mt. Assisi High School in Lemont, IL and was married on May 3, 1969 in Lemont, IL to George T. Dvorak who survives. She retired from Wilton Industries in Woodridge, IL as customer service manager after 15 years and formerly employed at Kegels Grove Restaurant in Willow Springs, IL. She moved to the Leesburg area 15 years ago from Illinois.

She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3760 in Syracuse, American Legion Auxiliary in Lockport, IL, and the Red Hat Society.

She is survived by:

Husband – George Dvorak of Leesburg

Daughter – Virginia (Dave) Rummel of Wawaka

Son Gregory Dvorak of North Webster

2 Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, son – Eric Dvorak, and sister – Virginia Keller.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Services will take place at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. is in charge of all arrangements.
