Sarah Lynne Carroll

Sarah Lynne (Mast) Carroll, 34, of Milford, IN passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the home of her brother in Goshen, IN. She was born on August 5, 1981 in Goshen, IN to Donald W. & Donna L. (Gardner) Mast.

She attended Fairfield High School and Goshen College where she received her C.N.A. Degree. She lived most of her life in the Goshen, Middlebury, and Milford areas. She formerly worked as a Certified Nurses Aid for Courtyard Healthcare Center & The Maples at Waterford Crossing both in Goshen, and Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse.

She attended the Grace Community Church in Goshen.

She is survived by:

Children – Elexis, Blake, and Xander Carroll all of Bronson, MI

Mother – Donna Gardner of Goshen

Father – Don (Betty) Mast of Cynthiana, KY

Brother – Travis (Whitney) Mast of Goshen

Maternal Grandfather – Harland Gardner of Goshen

Nieces – Sydney & Addison Mast

She was preceded in death by her infant brother – Donald Mast.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Grace Community Church, 20076 CR 36, Goshen, IN with Pastor Tannan Peters of the church officiating. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of arrangements.
