Sharon Lee Banks, of Warsaw, passed away at the age of 70 at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital on August 4, 2024. Sharon was born on October 26, 1953, in East Saint Louis, IL, to her loving parents, Thurman and Marjorie Boroff.
Having graduated from Warsaw High School in 1972, Sharon pursued a career as a dedicated server and cashier at Eurest. On October 26, 1985, Sharon married the love of her life, Jerry W. Banks. They shared 28 years together until his passing in 2013.
A creative individual, Sharon enjoyed cooking, baking, and all types of crafting. She was a fan of Halloween and found great joy in dressing up and handing out candy and treats to the neighborhood children. Most of all, Sharon loved spending time with her family.
Sharon is survived by her siblings: Robert (Linda) Boroff of Gladwin, MI, Shirley (Harry) Summers of Aurora, IL, Mary Alley of Warsaw, IN, and Lea Ann (Steve) Flenar of Warsaw, IN. Sharon leaves behind several nieces and nephews, including Ruby and Kelli.
Sharon Lee Banks is now reunited in eternity with her beloved husband, her infant sister, Marjorie Boroff, and her great niece, Vivian Summers. While Sharon's presence will be deeply missed, her legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
