Sharon A. Moore

Sharon A. Moore, 73, of Goshen, IN passed away at 1:20 a.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Goshen Hospital. She was born November 10, 1947 in Sodus, NY to William & Lucille (Grandin) DeVay.

She grew up in New York, graduated in 1966 from Penfield High School in Penfield, NY, and moved to Topeka / Goshen area in 1979. She was employed at Dutch Essenhaus in Middlebury for 3 years and previously worked at Qualitrol Corp. in Fairport, NY for 12 years, Oaklawn in Goshen for 13 years, Goshen Die & Cutting for 13 years and ran a home day care for 13 years.

She was a member at Cornerstone Christian Church in Goshen and was a foster parent for 10 years.

She is survived by:

Son – Kenneth J. Moore of Syracuse

4 Grand & 11 Gt. Grandchildren

Sister – Betty Hochlander of Rochester, NY

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Family services will do services at a later date. Private burial will be in Perinton, NY.
