Those who were close to Shayleen knew of her zest for life. She found joy in the simple pleasures - driving her beloved Chevy Silverado along country back roads, savoring a cup of coffee at The River Coffeehouse, and supporting her favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks. Her hobbies extended to being a proud member of the Kosciusko Swine Club, where she poured her heart into showing, breeding and raising show pigs. Shayleen also enjoyed riding quads and four-wheeling adventures, embracing every moment with enthusiasm.

Shayleen's vibrant personality shone through in everything she did. She loved wholeheartedly, approaching life with honesty and a touch of kind-hearted sassiness that endeared her to those around her. Her proudest accomplishment was being a 10-year member of Kosciusko 4-H reflected her dedication to her community and passion for nurturing growth in herself and others.
