Sherry J. Ott, 62, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 5:03 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on August 30, 1953 in Kendallville, IN to Robert Perry & Marilyn (Kiester) Eytcheson.
She was a lifetime Noble & Kosciusko County area resident and attended West Noble High School. She was married on February 20, 1971 in Wolf Lake, IN to Robert E. “Bob” Ott who survives and was a former self employed babysitter.
She is survived by:
Husband – Bob Ott of Syracuse
2 Sons – Jeremy K. (Shawn) Ott & Nathan L. (Stephanie Cannon) Ott both of Syracuse
2 Grandsons – Nathan L. A. Ott & Jonathon Ott
Mother Marilyn Boehm of Fort Wayne
Brother – Robert “Steve” Eytcheson Churubusco
She was preceded in death by her father and sister – Penny Baker.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN.
