Biography Shirley M. Finlay, 88, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 at 12:12 AM at Mason Health Care and Rehab Warsaw, Indiana.
The daughter of William and Mary Elizabeth (Presley) Finlay, Shirley was born August 25, 1926 in Long Branch, New Jersey.
She was a 1944 graduate of Long Branch High School, Long Branch, New Jersey.
She was resident of the Warsaw area for the past 30 years moving here from New Jersey. She was employed on the production line at P.S. Products for 20 years. She volunteered for the Red Cross Disaster Team; part of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. She also was a very avid reader.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Karen (Gary) Hill of Warsaw; her son Richard Alm of Dallas, Texas and grandson Darren Heinzman of Warsaw. Shirley was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Kelley.
Family and friends will gather for a time of sharing in comfort and support of each other Saturday, December 27th from 11 AM - 1 PM in Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A service celebrating the life of Shirley M. Finlay will take place Saturday, December 27th beginning at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Pastor Bob Jarboe, Chaplain of Kosciusko County Home Care and Hospice.
