Shirley Irene McKinley

Shirley Irene McKinley, 79, of North Webster, IN passed away at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. She was born on August 25, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA to William & Ethel (Weiser) Harris.

She grew up in Plymouth, IN and attended Plymouth High School. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Kinro in Syracuse and Wawasee Café in Syracuse. She in Goshen and moved to North Webster / Syracuse area in 1984. She was married on July 4, 1985 to Jonny McKinley who preceded her in April 2000.

She is survived by:

4 Daughters – Cindy (Dennis) Stier of Fort Wayne, Tina Miller of Mountain City, TN, Trina Goodsell of Pall Mall, TN, and Barb Julien of Reelsville, IN

5 Sons – Earl (Norma) Goodsell of Lapaz, Leo (Susan) Goodsell of Columbus, MS, Tim (Su Yen) Goodsell of South Bend, Randy Goodsell of Warsaw, and Roy Goodsell of North Webster

2 Stepsons – Rodney & Raymond McKinley of North Carolina

23 Grand, 43 Gt. Grand, and 1 Gt. Gt. Granddaughter

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and an infant daughter – Linda Goodsell.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday in the Solomon Creek Cemetery near Benton, IN.
