Stacy Lynn Priser, age 32 and a lifetime resident of Warsaw, passed away in the loving care of her family and Heartland Hospice after bravely battling Glioblastoma. She left this world on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 12:10 a.m.
Stacy was the daughter of James A. and Sally (Hogan) Priser. She was born on December 16, 1986 in Warsaw and was one of six children. She was a 2005 graduate of Warsaw Community High School and had recently been working on her personal trainer certifications. She loved Jesus and her faith never wavered, even throughout her illness.
Stacy was a Beach Body coach and worked at Discount Warehouse in Warsaw. She was a loving, caring mother and was very kindhearted. She was sure to send cards to friends and family for nearly every occasion and was a true pleasure to be around. Sometimes family and friends would get more than one card at once if she couldn’t decide on the perfect one. She was a lover of music and movies and was an avid reader. Always smiling, Stacy had a sarcastic, dry sense of humor and was always chuckling. She could find the humor in almost anything.
Number one in Stacy’s life was her daughter, Alice. Stacy was a dedicated mother and provider above all else. She worked hard to meet the day-to-day demands of motherhood and was always incredibly proud of her daughter.
In addition to Alice, who survives in Warsaw, Stacy is survived by her mother: Sally Priser of Warsaw; sisters: Sara (Rich) Larocque of Claypool, Kari (Derek) Flores-Lefranc of Austin, TX and Michelle Stephenson of Milford; brothers, Matthew Priser of Warsaw and Keith (Heather) Priser of North Manchester and paternal grandmother, Shirley Priser of Warsaw. She is also survived by nieces and nephews: Megan, Jolie, Ahnalia, Tanner, Mia, Scarlett, Nathaniel, Helen and Jasmine. She was preceded in passing by her father, James A. Priser; paternal grandfather, James M. Priser; maternal grandparents Rex and Diane Hogan and niece, Madelyn Stephenson.
Friends may join family for viewing at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw on Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 2 to 6 p.m. Stacy’s funeral will be in the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m., Pastor Mike Settles of Claypool United Methodist Church will officiate.
Those wishing to express their sympathy may give to the family c/o Sally Priser. Gifts will be set aside for Stacy's daughter, Alice.
