Steven J. Conaway

Steven J. Conaway, 65, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 5:47 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on March 18, 1955 in Flint, MI to Raleigh and Linda (Stone) Conaway.

He graduated from Millington High School in Millington, MI and was married on December 24, 1984 in Caro, MI to Barbara Creason who survives.  He lived most of his life in Michigan, moved to Indiana in 1998, and worked for General Motors for 30 years in Flint, MI and Kokomo, IN.   He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman.

He is survived by:

Wife – Barba Conaway of Warsaw

Son – Steven Conaway Jr.

2 Daughters – Julie Sanders & Stephanie Conaway

10 Grandchildren

Mother – Linda Conaway of Millington, MI

2 Sisters – Holly Keller & June Conaway both of Vasser, MI

Brother – John Conaway of Milling, MI

He was preceded in death by his father and daughter – Jenaelle Poe.

Burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw, IN at a later date.  Cremation services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN 46582 is in charge of arrangements.
