Tammy L. Martin

Tammy L. Martin, 40, of North Webster, IN passed away at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at I.U. Goshen Hospital in Goshen, IN. She was born on September 3, 1974 in Frankfort, MI to Kathleen “Pat” (Weaver) Turner.

She attended Triton High School in Bourbon, IN, graduated in 1993 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, and lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area.  She received her Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech in Warsaw and South Bend. On October 9, 2004 in Warsaw, IN she married Jonathan A. “Jon” Martin who survives. She was a homemaker and was formerly employed at Warsaw Community Schools & RR Donnelly in Warsaw.

She was a member of the Warsaw Community Church.

She is survived by:

Husband – Jon Martin of North Webster

4 Sons – Joshua Wright, Tyler Martin, Coby Martin & Bryson Martin all of North Webster

Mother & Father – Pat & Steve Haywood of Wawaka

Sister – Teresa (Kenny) Zinnel of Albion

Brother – Dave Turner of Warsaw

Memorial services will be at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Warsaw Community Church, 1855 S. County Farm Rd., Warsaw, IN with Pastor Ronald Bowman and Pastor's of the church officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County in Warsaw. Owen Family Funeral home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.
