Taylor Anne Chapman-Reyes

Taylor Anne Chapman-Reyes, 23, of South Bend, IN (formerly of Goshen, IN) passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at her home. She was born on October 1, 1997 in Goshen, IN to Joshua D. Chapman & Penny J. Schrock.

She graduated in 2017 from Goshen High School and lived most of her life in the Goshen / South Bend area. She was married on July 6, 2019 in Goshen, IN to Valentin Reyes who survives and was a homemaker.

She is survived by:

Husband – Valentin Reyes of South Bend

Daughter – Emilia Reyes at home

Mother – Penny (Shawn) Chapman of Goshen

Father – Joshua Chapman of Elkhart

3 half Sisters – Christy Riggs, Christin Musser, and Tonya Ransom all of Goshen

Half Brother – Christopher Schrock of Michigan

Maternal Grandmother – Norma Schrock of Goshen

Paternal Grandparents – Becky (Wayne) Horn of Elkhart & Bill (Trisha) Chapman of Spencer, W. VA

Visitation will be from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Rorie of The Sanctuary in Osceola officiating. Burial will follow in the New Paris Cemetery.
