Terese G. DeYoung, 76, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 2:12 a.m. on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on April 14, 1939 in Chicago, IL to Edward & Antoinette (Potenza) Stack.
She graduated from Evergreen Park High School and attended University of Illinois in Urbana, IL. On January 6, 1970 in Chicago, IL she married John R. DeYoung who survives. She was a homemaker and was formerly a registered nurse for Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. She moved to Warsaw in 1983 from the Chicago area and wintered in Florida for many years.
She is survived by:
Husband – John DeYoung of Warsaw
Daughter – Jennifer (Drew) Shingler of Warsaw
2 Grandchildren – John & Jaclyn Shingler
2 Brothers – Andre Stack of Nevada & Stanley Stack of Arizona
She was preceded in death by her parents.
No services are planned. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15 is in charge of arrangements.
