Terry L. “Peany” Kiser, 66, of North Webster, IN passed away at 1:24 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2013 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. He was born on May 5, 1947 in Warsaw to Ralph L. & Mary E. (Angel) Kiser.
He was a lifetime North Webster area resident, graduated in 1965 from North Webster High School and attended Indiana State University. He was a United Sates Army Reserves Veteran. On April 25, 1981 in North Webster he married Janet K. Vanator who survives. He retired in 2010 from American Legion Post #253 in North Webster after 22 years of service and formerly worked in the RV industry.
He was member of the Masonic Lodge in Cromwell and the 40 et 8 in Warsaw. He was an Honorary Life Member of the American Legion and Sons of American Legion in North Webster. He formerly attended the North Webster Church of the Brethren.

2 Sons – Keith (Staci) Kiser of Kimmell & Garrick (Dee) Kiser of Kendallville
7 Grand & 1 Gt. Grandson
He was preceded by his parents and son – Bradley W. Kiser.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2013 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the funeral home with cousin, Steve Angel officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near North Webster with military graveside rites performed by the North Webster American Legion.
Memorial bequest may be given to American Legion or Sons of the American Legion Post 253 in North Webster. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
