Timothy Cripe

Timothy Cripe, of Cromwell, passed away on September 24, 2024 at the age of 70 at Parkview Whitley Hospital unexpectedly. He was born on February 14, 1954 to Frederick and Maxine (Bickel) Cripe. 

A graduate of Goshen High School in 1972, Timothy entered the workforce and built a solid career at Supreme Corporation, where he devoted twenty years of service before retiring. Timothy enjoyed his time spent fishing, watching NASCAR and football. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often accompanied by the sounds of classical rock music. He would end up marrying his wife Candi Routt on June 18, 2016. 

Timothy is survived by his wife, Candi Routt of New Mexico, and his children: son Ryan (Heather) Cripe of Goshen; daughter Amanda (Jason Nickle) Cripe of Syracuse; and daughter Gretchen (Matthew) Leatherman of Ligonier. He also leaves behind his stepchildren, Fine Spirit Routt and Genevieve Axtell, both residing in New Mexico. His legacy continues through the love of his ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to his immediate family, Timothy is survived by his siblings, Linda (Phil) Stump of Syracuse and Tom Cripe of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his sister Bonnie Arnott. 

Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1001 S. Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN is entrusted with caring for Tim and his family. Tim will be remembered with a private memorial service held at a later date and time.
