Cromwell

Todd Allen, age 51, has passed away suddenly at his home in Cromwell. He was born on August 17, 1972, in Wabash to Lynville and Constance Aitken Allen. He attended Whitko and Warsaw Community High Schools.

Additionally, he leaves behind two stepchildren: Harley Stanley (Misty) and Branden Stanley.
