Vicki D. Becker

Vicki D. Becker, 68, of Cromwell, IN passed away at 6:20 a.m. on December 18, 2017 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse, IN.  She was born on August 29, 1949 in Fort Wayne, IN to Robert & Laura (Williams) Squires.

She graduated in 1967 Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne and attended Ravenscroft Beauty College in Fort Wayne. She was married on May 9, 1970 in Fort Wayne, IN to Edward L. “Ed” Becker who survives. She grew up in Fort Wayne and lived in Columbia City before moving to Cromwell in 1986. She formerly worked at Whitley County Hospital and Millennium Industries (T.I.A. Automotive) in Ligonier for 15 years.

She was a member of the American Legion Post 253 Auxiliary in North Webster and formerly attended the United Methodist Church.

She is survived by:

Husband – Ed Becker of Cromwell

2 Daughters – Angie Vitalone of Kimmell, IN & Dawn (Mike) Grimes of North Webster

2 Grandchildren

Brother – Steve (Susan) Squires of Bon Aqua, TN

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Burial will take place in the Mock Addition  of the North Webster Cemetery at a later date.
