William J. "Bill" Gerrity Jr., 36, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 6:54 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. He was born on December 6, 1980 in Portsmouth, VA to William J. & Susan L. (Morehead) Gerrity Sr.
He lived most of his life in the Syracuse area, attended Wawasee High School, and received an Associate’s Degree from ITT Technical Institute in Fort Wayne, IN. He was the former owner operator of Bill Gerrity Lawn Care for many years.
He is survived by:
Parents – Bill & Susan Gerrity of Syracuse
Companion – Kylee Walton of Syracuse
Step Daughter – Abby Brunner
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. A private family Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of all arrangements.
Preferred memorials may be given to the family.
