William Ray “Bill” Francis, 65, of North Webster, IN passed away at 7:50 a.m. on December 14, 2017 at the Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. He was born on August 31, 1952 in Hammond, IN to Charles & Alice Francis.
He graduated from Morton High School in Hammond, IN and was married on January 20, 1978 in Hammond, IN to Dixie K. Hobbs who survives. He moved to the Kosciusko County area 12 years ago from Hammond and was the owner / operator of the Jot’em Down Store in Warsaw (Barbee) for 12 years.
He was survived by:
Wife - Dixie Francis of North Webster
Brother – John Francis of Highland, IN
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister – Darlene Carmen, 3 brothers – Richard, David, and Charles Francis.
Cremation will take place and a private family service will take place at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN is in charge of arrangements.
