Zackary Scott “Zack” Allen, 18, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 11:52 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Warsaw, IN. He was born on May 24, 1998 in Columbia City, IN to Todd Allen & Kimberly D. Bruner.

He attended grade school in Pierceton and graduated in June 2016 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse. He moved to the Syracuse area 7 years ago from Pierceton.

He is survived by:

Mother – Kimberly Allen of Pierceton

Father & Step Mother – Todd & Kristina Allen of Syracuse

Maternal Grandparents – Cheryl (Charlie) Dolbee of Warsaw & Melvin Bruner of Pierceton

Sister - Cassie Frantz of Warsaw

3 Brothers – Dylan Pratt, Austin Allen, and Zach Allen all of Pierceton

Step Sister – Tiffany Miller of Twinsburg, OH

2 Step Brothers – Brandon Miller of Syracuse & Michael Miller of Twinsburg, OH

Step Grandparents Jon & Mary Ellen Weyhe of Valparaiso, IN

Step Gt. Grandparents - George & Sandy Weimer of Cromwell

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents – George Coon & Linda Lou Little and step sister – Ashley James.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Zachary Allen Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN 46567.
